first my disclaimer, not a pro, not an experienced guy using a smoker. however, after my redismoke smoke went to it's resting place, i saved and bought this. i can now smoke meat that is full flavor, not dried out and not labor intensive to produce. temp control was easy and maintained itself during smoking, i use pecan to smoke meats and its very hard and produced good smoke. great value to me for the money.

Great product. Only complaint is the paint seems to peel off the inside after using multiple times. Perhaps too much heat but you would think they would’ve took that into account. The photo is when it was new. Also o don’t recommend using pellets in this smoker be they seem to burn a lot faster and smoke too much. Wood chips are definitely the way to go!
