Local Pickup Guidelines
  1. Pickup Time: The package will be ready 24 hours after you place your order. Once it is ready, you will receive a "Ready for Pick-up" email.
  2. Proof of Pickup: You must show the "Ready for Pick-up" confirmation email upon arrival to verify your order.
  3. Scheduling: If you wish to schedule a specific pickup time, please add your preferred time in the order notes at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate.
  4. Pre-Arrival:Please contact warehouse staff 30 minutes before arrival to ensure a smooth pickup.
  5. Local Pickup & Return Policy: Pickup constitutes final delivery. Please conduct a thorough on-site inspection upon arrival. We provide a 1-year limited warranty. If any accessories are damaged, please contact customer service, and we will send you replacement accessories. If the entire product is damaged, please come to the warehouse for an exchange. To avoid unnecessary trouble, please carefully inspect the package for any damage on the spot. After the order has been picked up, if you wish to return a product for reasons other than product defects, you must send or bring the product back to the warehouse at your own expense. We are not responsible for such returns or the corresponding return shipping fees.
