Purchased with free assembly. Arrived on time with heavy protective cardboard shipping box broken at one end. Set it aside for scheduled assembly the very next day. Technician arrived & spent almost two hours assembling grill. When finished he quickly walked me through the steps to start & use the grill. Handed him a $40 tip and he left, leaving me a pile of heavy cardboard & styrofoam to clean up & discard. Went to use it the next day only to find two substantial dents and both end shelves almost unattached. I found a lot of ��extra�� screws & spent about fifteen securing both shelves. He hadn��t completed the assembly & didn��t inform me of the damages to my costly grill but was happy to take my $40 tip. I immediately contacted Amazon & they reimbursed me for 25% of the total cost.

This grill is outstanding! The grill gets nice and hot, easy to light, and easy to clean. Assembly wasn��t bad, if you have patience. Large enough to cook for a family of 7 with ease. We use it twice a week because it is quick and easy to use. Best purchase of 2021!
