Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and oregano in a small bowl.
Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to 400–425°F. Clean and lightly oil the cooking grates.
Place the chicken breasts over direct heat. Grill for about 5–6 minutes per side, turning once, until grill marks develop.
Check the thickest part with an instant-read thermometer. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F, then rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
